We understand that plans can change, and should you need to cancel your tour or travel service, please notify us promptly via phone or email. Cancellation charges will apply based on the timing of your cancellation.
Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply based on when we receive your cancellation request:
Cancellation Schedule
More than 30 days before tour
minus any non-refundable deposits or fees
15 – 30 days before tour
minus any non-refundable deposits or fees
Less than 15 days before tour
no refund will be provided
If you fail to join a tour or fail to arrive on time, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Us
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to either reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour itinerary, in part or in whole, if conditions necessitate. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.
Refund Terms
- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of cancellation in the same manner as the original payment was made.
- Please note that we will not be responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate between the time of payment and the time of refund.
- If you fail to join a tour or fail to arrive on time, no refunds will be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timing. Any such non-refundable amounts will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Permits, park fees, and government taxes are generally non-refundable as they are paid directly to the relevant authorities on your behalf at the time of booking.
