• Booking requests for Sundarban tours can be submitted through the website and are subject to availability.
• All prices on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Before making a final payment, we request that you send your booking query to

• A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking. Any bank fees or charges associated with the payment are the responsibility of the customer.
• We prioritize the security of your payment information. Our payment processing partners utilize industry-standard security protocols to protect your data.

If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must notify us via phone or email. Cancellation charges will be effective as of the date we receive your notification.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of receiving your cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the tour booking.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary travel documents — valid ID proof, passports, and visas — for entry into the Sundarbans.
• Non-Indian nationals may be required to obtain special permits for entry into certain zones of the Sundarban Tiger Reserve.
• Keep copies of all travel documents in both digital and physical format throughout your journey.

We prioritize your safety during every tour. The Sundarban Tiger Reserve is a protected wildlife area with inherent risks. Your cooperation is essential for a safe experience.

• You must follow the instructions of our tour guides and forest department officials at all times during the tour.
• Take reasonable precautions to ensure your personal safety, including wearing provided life jackets during boat safaris.
• Do not attempt to approach, feed, or provoke wildlife under any circumstances.
• Maintain silence and stillness when wildlife is sighted to avoid disturbance and ensure your safety.
• Follow all forest department regulations, including restrictions on photography in certain zones.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, and government restrictions.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
• Tiger sightings and specific wildlife encounters cannot be guaranteed. No refund or compensation will be issued on account of absence of wildlife sightings.
• Tour timings and routes may vary due to tide conditions, forest department permissions, and wildlife activity levels.

We expect all customers to respect the natural environment and the local communities that share their home with the Sundarbans ecosystem.

• Littering, damaging natural habitats, and disrespectful behavior towards local people are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
• Customers must comply with all local laws and regulations during the tour, including forest department rules and entry restrictions.
• Plastic usage is discouraged inside the forest reserve. Please use the reusable bottles and bags provided by our team.
• Maintain a low noise level at all times, especially near forest areas and watchtowers, to maximize wildlife spotting opportunities for all guests.
