Booking and Payments Policy :
- Booking requests for Sundarban tours can be submitted through the website and are subject to availability.
- Before making a final payment through our website, we request that you send your booking query to info@sundarbanytourism.com or call us: at +91 7679663766.
- Payment must be made in full before the tour date to secure the booking.
- All prices on the Website are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
- We prioritize the security of your payment information. Our payment processing partners utilize industry-standard security protocols to protect your data.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If the tour or travel service is canceled for any reason, we must be notified by phone or email. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive it via email/phone and the cancellation charges will be as follows:
[1] If canceled 45 days or more before the tour start date, the full booking amount will be refunded.
[2] If canceled between 30 to 44 days before the tour start date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
[3] If canceled between 15 to 29 days before the tour start date, 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
[4] If canceled 14 days or less before the tour start date, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed 5 working days from the date of receiving your cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the tour booking.
- If you do not show up for the tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
- If you wish to change your travel dates, we will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative trip or provide a full refund.
Tour Modifications :
- The company reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, schedules, or accommodation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or logistical issues.
Travel Documents and Insurance :
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary travel documents, such as valid ID proof, passports, and visas, for entry into the Sundarbans.
- There is no insurance coverage for this trip. We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
Liability :
- The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay suffered by customers during the tour that is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective once they are published on the website. We may also update or modify the website's content, features, or services without prior notice. Reviewing these Terms of Use periodically for updates/changes is the client’s responsibility.
